Service Contracts

   Arundel Computers offers companies service contracts that are designed to meet the needs of your business. To ensure that you are getting the best contract to meet your computer needs, Arundel Computers offers a complimentary evaluation of your business.

   Our Service Contracts offer block time, reduced labor rates, waived trip fees, unlimited phone support, waived emergency rates, guarenteed response time, net 30 terms, and loaner equipment to be provided whne possible in unusual breakdown.

In House PC/Desktop Repair

   At the time of drop off a $65 estimate fee is required. Within 3-5 business days a technician will contact the customer with an estimate on repair. If the customer approves the estimate, and proposed work, the estimate fee will be applied to the cost of repairs, which is $65 per hour plus any parts needed. Any additional costs will be payable at time of pickup. Should you decide not to proceed with the repair, but purchase a new computer from Arundel Computers, then the $65 prepaid estimate fee will be applied to the cost of the new computer.

In House Laptop Repair

   At the time of drop off a $100 estimate fee is required. Within 7-10 business days a technician will contact the customer with an estimate on repair. If the customer approves the estimate, the estimate fee will be applied to the cost of repairs, which is $65 per hour plus any parts needed.

Hourly: $65

In House Printer/Monitor Repair

   At the time of drop off a $100 estimate fee is required. During the average lead time, typically 3-5 business days a technician will contact the customer with an estimate on repair. If the customer approves the estimate, and proposed work, the estimate fee will be applied to the cost of repairs, which is $65 per hour plus any parts needed.

On Site Computer/Network Services

   Arundel Computers would be happy to send a technician to your home or place of business. Our technicians can troubleshoot computer, network, or printer problems at your location. There is a $65 trip fee associated with this service (one trip fee per job). Labor for on-site service is $90/hr.

Rush Services

   Rush Services are available...Any estimate/service performed within the same day/24 hours IN-HOUSE-a flat $50 is added to the ticket. This does not guarantee completed repair if parts must be ordered.

   On Site Rush services are available as well and are defined as any appointment scheduled within 24 hours of reported call. An additional $75 an hour is added to the service ticket. Saturday/Sunday non contract network customers are charged $165 per hour.



Service Details

Upfront Estimate Fee:

· $75 for all desktops and peripherals.

· $100 for all notebooks/netbooks, printers, and monitors.

· Upon approval, this fee is applied to the price of labor

 

In-House Bench Fees:     $75 per hour-minimum one hour billing.

                                                    Average lead time for estimate is 3-5 business days.

 

On-Site Calls:        On-site calls are $150 for the first hour (beyond Baltimore metropolitan area, fee may vary) and $90 for every additional hour.  Average on-site response for non contract customer is 3 business days. 

 

Rush Services are available...Any estimate/service performed within the same day/24 hours IN-HOUSE—a flat $100 is added to the ticket.  This does not guarantee complete repair if parts must be ordered.

 

On-Site Rush Services:   Defined as any appointment scheduled within 48 hours of reported call. An  additional $75 per hour is added to the service ticket.  Saturday/Sunday non-contract network customers charge $165 hour.

 

In-House Service Warranty:    30 Day parts/labor warranty if determined to be related to the same issue.  Beyond 30 days, warranty on parts must be handled with the manufacturer.

 

 

Per industry standards, we are not responsible for your loss of data, please back-up prior to arranging for service.  Items serviced not picked up within 30 days will be recycled/refurbished/disposed solely at the discretion of Arundel Computers.
